Do You include an invoice with the shipment?
No, we only ship the item(s) ordered. We
do not include any product literature.
Why am I being charged for sales tax?
Well, if you are asking you must live in Indiana and the short answer is the governor needs the money. I know it stinks, but we can't avoid it..... unless one of us moves out of state.
When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
Approximately 7 to 10 days from the time that you place your order. We usually
ship orders within 2-3 business days . If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks, please
contact us.
How do you ship your orders?
We use the US Post Office to deliver our products. You will be presented with their options when you checkout. The Options are also displayed on the
shopping cart page.
My Block has a mistake. What do I do?
If we goofed, we'll make a new block at no charge. Otherwise, we'll make a new block at a discounted price. Give us a
