| Well, if you are asking you must live in Indiana and the short answer is the governor needs the money. I know it stinks, but we can't avoid it..... unless one of us moves out of state. | |
| Do You include an invoice with the shipment? | |
| No, we don't ship anything but the product, that means no invoice and no product literature. You do have the option of including a gift card. | |
| How do I remove something from my wagon (shopping cart)? | |
| Each item listed in your wagon will have a "X" on the far right side. By clicking this you will delete the item and remove it from the wagon. | |
When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive? |

Approximately
7 to 10 days from the time that you
place your order. We usually complete orders within 2-3 business
days and mail the product the next business day. If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks, please contact us.

How do you ship your products? |
|
We use the US Post Office to deliver our products. You will be presented with their options when you checkout. The Options are also displayed on the wagon (basket) page.
(NOTE: we dropped UPS because of the price and lack of convenience.
We will reconsider their service at a later time) |

What if I don't have all of the requested information?
|

This is not unusual. We will modify (at no charge) the layout of the block to our discretion.

Do we provide a gift card with the blocks?

My Block has a mistake. What do I do?
|
|
Give us a call and we will research the error and let you know what the charge if any will be to correct the error. If we are at fault we will correct the error at no charge, otherwise we have to charge to make new block. Because the blocks are laser engraved we cannot correct mistakes.

The Baby Block I just received is darker/lighter than my other blocks.
|
|
We produce these blocks from the trees that Mother Nature provides us. Just like each child, each block is unique.

What if I want to change the layout of the block?
|
|
We charge approximately $10.00 to change the design of the blocks. Note: there are some situations that do not apply. Please contact us for additional information.

Spray Pledge on a soft cloth & wipe block with cloth. The blocks are finished with bees wax. |
