So this item has been at the back of my mind for a while. I did something similar for our daughter's gymnastics team and it was a hit with the girls. I just didn't want to make it be the baby block with a new feature but something geared for showing off the kiddos at the office, but of course not taking up a lot of room.

So I came up with this cute little design showing all the pertinent information on one side and cute graphics and saying on the other. You can change the photo as the little one grows or keep it the same. It's your choice! Heck you could put one photo facing you and one facing the other way!!!! Two Photos in One!
