You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to purchase the item.
We strive for 100% accuracy, but occasionally we make mistakes and they slip out the door. If you receive an item that you ordered with an error or the item is damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the problem. Most times we will ship a replacement right away. However, there are some items that require us to pay to have the item shipped back to us for correction. We also understand that we are all human and even our customers can make a mistake on occasion. When this happens, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and we will help resolve the problem. Most items can be replaced or corrected at a discounted price.
