Do you include an invoice or packing slip with the shipment?
No, we only ship the item(s) ordered. I say we try to be as "green" as possible but someone else says we're just lazy :)

Do you charge sales tax?
We do charge sales tax for shipments to Indiana and Kentucky... and I suspect more soon.
What is your turn around time on orders?
We make every attempt to turn the order around in 1 or 2 business day unless we find a boo-boo on it, then we attempt to get it fixed before processing the order. Each of our items will show this information.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Approximately 5 business days from the time that you place your order. If you do not receive your order within 1 week, please contact us. If you need your order sooner, you should upgrade to UPS 2Day or UPS Next Day for an additional fee.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship via UPS for most domestic packages that are over $25. We use Postal Service for PO Boxes, APOs and international shipments. We email a tracking number to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Our only destination outside the USA is Canada. It seems to take about 2-3 weeks for most deliveries. NOTE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY.
We made these changes due to the VAT and general reliability issues with international shipments through the Post Office. UPS is more reliable but more expensive. We will revisit this issue in hopes of providing a more convenient and affordable way for our international customers.
My personalized item has a mistake, what do I do?
If we goofed, we will make a new item at no charge. Otherwise, a new item will need to be purchased as they are custom made and we cannot "fix" anything after it has been engraved.
Do you make custom items?
Yes we are happy to quote any custom work, just shoot us an e-mail at info@craftefamily.com and we will get you taken care of.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Contact us if you want to use PayPal. If you are close enough we might even accept fine craft beers (especially Stouts).
