We Are Open
We are still open and shipping orders on time. As of March 25th, the Governor of Indiana issued a Stay at Home executive order. Karry and I live next door to our workshop, so we will be filling orders. We may have limited phone hours. We will be in the shop by 8:00 EDT and head out early afternoon. We truly appreciate your business. It is helping us pay our employees even if they are not able to work right now. Thank you!!
 

FAQ

Q: Do you include an invoice or packing slip with the shipment?
A:   No, we only ship the item(s) ordered. I say we try to be as "green" as possible but someone else says we're just lazy :)
Q: Does you charge sales tax?
A:   We do charge sales tax for shipments to Indiana and Kentucky... and I suspect more soon.
Q: What is your turn around time on orders?
A:   We make every attempt to turn the order around in 1 business day unless we find a boo-boo on it, then we attempt to get it fixed before processing the order.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:   Approximately 5-10 business days from the time that you place your order. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact us. If you need your order sooner, you should upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional fee.
Q: How do you ship your orders?
A:   We ship via the US Postal Service. We also provide a tracking number for US bound orders.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A:   Yes!! We ship our products all over the world through the postal service. It seems to take about 2-3 weeks for most deliveries. NOTE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY.
Q: My personalized item has a mistake, what do I do?
A:   If we goofed, we will make a new item at no charge. Otherwise, we will most likely need to make a new product. We can discount some items. Give us a call at 317-996-2124 for more details.
Q: Do you do custom items?
A:   Yes we are happy to quote any custom work, just shoot us an e-mail at info@craftefamily.com and we will get you taken care of.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Contact us if you want to use PayPal. If you are close enough we might even accept fine craft beers.
